In my pictures and paintings I try to identify the essential within a picture and to bring this into the foreground. Everything else I just might not paint or it gets into the background, is fading away, has less or no color or even is eliminated from the context. Colours and their composition are more important than content and subject.

As in my opinion everything I can come up with as an artist already exists somewhere in nature I take photos and use them as inspiration for my digital modifications, paintings or compositions.

As I am on continuous travel between different countries the detection of digital art gave me a big motivational kick to do more art and use otherwise senseless spend time to be even more creative.
